The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is interested in entering into contractual services for the purpose of securing licenses to provide access to the JusticeXchange web portal. This portal is a secure, national public safety data sharing platform for law enforcement and government agency use. DCJS is seeking price quotations using a per license pricing model to be invoiced on a monthly basis based on the number of licenses for up to a five (5) year period. Interested vendors should provide per license, per month pricing for the following: Up to 150 Justice Xchange licenses For each additional license in excess of 150 The selected vendor will be required to enter into a contract with the Division, complete the vendor responsibility questionnaire required by New York State and must agree to accept the terms and conditions of Appendix A (Standard Clauses for all New York State Contracts) as well as any other contract documentation as required by NYS. When submitting response, the interested vendor must label their envelope as follows: DCJS JUSTICE EXCHANGE LICENSES
