Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor refinish floors in the west gym dive hallways and locker rooms. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Strip floors of existing coatings (Epoxy paint, sealer top coat). Repair any defect in floor so to create uniform appearance. Refinish tile and concrete floor with new coating, must be water resistant coating and must have slip resistant coating. Dive Hallway B115 363 SF ' 1x1 ceramic tile with epoxy paint coating. Dive Hallway B129 130 SF 1"x1" Cermaic Tile with epoxy paint coating. Dive Hallway B130 269 SF 1"x1" ceramic tile with epoxy paint coating. Woman's Dive Locker room B117 and B120 527 SF concrete floor. Men's dive locker room 468 SF Concrete floor.

Construction dates: Women's Dive locker room B117 and B12 February 12, 2024 to March 2024. Remainder of the project start May 13th 2024, and must be completed by August 9, 2024.
