Project Title: PRIDE of Ticonderoga HOME Rehabilitation Project

Introduction: PRIDE of Ticonderoga, dedicated to enhancing the living conditions and quality of life for families in the North Country, is inviting bids for our upcoming HOME rehabilitation project. This initiative aims to support low to moderate-income and senior families in our community by ensuring they have safe and habitable homes. We encourage your participation in this endeavor to make a positive impact on our community.

Project Overview: The HOME project involves rehabilitation and renovation work, including but not limited to:

• Partial bathroom renovation
• Electrical work
• Window replacement
• Safety/egress device installation

For detailed specifications and project requirements, please refer to the attached scope of work, lead report, and bid sheet. Prospective bidders are welcome to contact the PRIDE office to arrange a site visit for a better understanding of the project scope.

Bid Submission Details: Bids must be submitted no later than March 29th, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. Bid awards will be announced by April 1st, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. To participate, interested contractors must provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs related to labor and materials for each project segment.

Contractor Requirements: The winning contractor will be required to provide PRIDE of Ticonderoga with the following documents upon bid award:

• Current Liability Insurance
• Workman's Compensation
• Lead Renovators certification
