Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the general construction work on this project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Remove and dispose of existing bathroom medicine cabinets. Sixteen (16) type A apartments, each having two (2) mirrors, and seven (7) type B apartments, each having one (1) mirror. Infill, tape and painted walls from removal of medicine cabinets. Install surface mounted mirrors provided by BU. Remove and dispose of existing wire shelving in all apartment bedrooms and pantries. BU to provide shelving. Patch and prep for paint on all walls and doors in all apartment rooms, common hallways, cluster areaways, lounge and laundry area. Paint standard Susquehanna color w/accent at kitchen (color to be provided)
