GUIDELINES:

1. This is a private school.
2. The Arc is Tax Exempt. Do not include tax in your bid. A copy will be provided.
3. This is a non-prevailing wage project.
4. Funding is from a Homeland Security Grant
5. Successful bidder must submit shop drawings for Architect approval.
6. Project target completion is 10/30/23.
7. This school operates 12 months a year. You will be allowed to install one exterior door at a time during school hours. A safety plan must be submitted.
8. Each door receives a power operator and 3M window film, include this in your work.
9. The Owner will handle and pay for all wiring demo, rework, & new at the doors for security & operator tie-ins.
