The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovate Peregrine Dining Hall, Building No. 032 project at the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Peregrine Dining Hall was constructed in 1968. The two-story building is 30,000 GSF and is the campus’ only full-service dining facility for 3,200 residential students. The building has not undergone any major renovation renovations since its construction.

The Project will provide a comprehensive renovation of the building including the replacement of all interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and renovation of a serving kitchen. The project will also include the enclosure of the area underneath the first-floor overhang and the replacement of the roof. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials and will meet current code and ADA requirements.

The construction value is approximately $33,000,000.
