Description:

The work of this single bid project includes remove existing parking lot I-39 including subbase and lighting. Construct multipurpose artificial turf field for soccer and lacrosse including but not limited to subbase, underdrain system, storm drainage system, electrical & communication, field perimeter fencing, ball netting, field lighting, pedestrian lighting, site retaining wall and site restoration including natural grass and pedestrian sidewalks.

Plans will be available after February 13, 2024 through Dataflow, Inc. (585-271-5730 & http:// www.godataflow.com ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for February 27, 2024 at 10:00am meeting at Houston Gym Arena Main Lobby, entrance directly west of softball field. Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant.

Special Notice to Potential Bidders: Please review the Bid and Post Bid Checklist on the Construction Opportunities page on the Fund’s website ( https://www.sucf.suny.edu/ ) for more information on bidder’s qualifications and other requirements.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
