The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking preliminary programming concepts from Interested Parties for operation of the South Wing of a New Pavilion being constructed in Wagner Park as part of the South Battery Park City Resiliency Project, with the goal of addressing the needs and desires of the community and the public at large and establishing an appropriate park-related function or amenity for local residents and visitors to Wagner Park and the surrounding area. It is currently expected that such programming concept(s) will focus on or include one or more food service components. Other potential uses or program elements may also be suggested.

Vendors interested in receiving a copy of the bid package should email their request to the designated contact, All requests should include your company’s name, address, fax, name and email address of your company’s contact person and indicate if your company is a NYS certified Minority or Woman Owned business (MWBE) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB).
