Description: The New York State Police (NYSP) is soliciting bids for Snow/Ice removal services at the Troop G Headquarters located at 760 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham, New York 12110. As a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB), the NYSP intends to enter into a 3-year contract with two(2) one (1) year options to extend with the responsive and responsible bidder, meeting all specifications, with the lowest total bid as identified in Attachment 1 - Cost Proposal. Bidders intending to submit a bid will be required to attend a mandatory site visit on May 11, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Troop G Headquarters located at 760 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham, New York 12110. This is the only date and time available for a site visit. Due to security restrictions, all Bidders must pre register by emailing contracts@troopers.ny.gov no later then 2:00 PM on May 9, 2023.
