Description: General Specifications and Conditions - All units to be on site. Remove the existing Bath fan and dispose of it in an on site dumpster.
Un-box and deliver new fan to each apartment - Dispose of cardboard in an on site dumpster.
Install 1 in each apartment in the full bathroom. Total 122 units.
Units to be PANASONIC Whisper Green Select - FV-0511VKL2 2 switches 1 for fan and 1 for light. (procurement by others)
Set Fan speed to 110.
