Long-Term Lease of Two Air-side Parcels at Republic Airport

The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a consultant(s) for the long-term lease, maintenance, and management of two (2) air-side parcels at Republic Airport. This replaces the advertisements placed on February 6, 2023 and June 26, 2023.

Responsive and responsible consultants interested in receiving notification of the RFP modifications and answers to questions should complete and submit to the RFP Response Form located in the RFP to Patricia.Kappeller@dot.ny.gov .

The base term of this lease agreement is twenty (20) years. The lease agreement may be extended for one (1) additional ten (10) year extensions.

The proposal due date of March 27, 2024 is subject to change.
