SCOPE

Provide a liquid polymer suitable for use with the Rockland County Sewer District # 1 (RCSD#1) existing polymer feed system and centrifuges to dewater its anaerobically digested sewage sludge from approximately 1% solids to 26% solids.

• The centrifuges are Model No. CA 505, manufactured by Westfalia Separator Inc, Northvale, New Jersey.
• The sludge is a mixture of primary and Secondary RBC sludge which has been anaerobically digested.
• Bulk deliveries 4,000 – 5,000 gallons to the above ground tank located at the RCSD#1 plant facility located at 4 Route 340 Orangeburg, NY 10962.
  • Deliveries are required within one (1) week ARO.
• Current provider Clean waters – Charge Pack 285.
