Description: Phase Two Electrical Equipment Room Installation Proctors Theatre is currently working on the installation of a Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Project at 432 State Street in Schenectady, New York. This project is being financed by the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR). Also, this project is part of the HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program and bidders need to be aware of the requirements as it pertains to this project. AMERESCO on behalf of Proctors is seeking proposals from qualified Contracting firms to provide construction services for the Phase Two Electrical Equipment Room Installation. This will require the discipline subcontractor to:
AMERESCO will conduct, by appointment only, site walk throughs for interested parties during the week of July 24, 2023, through July 28, 2023, at which time the Scope of Work will be reviewed and discussed.
