SUNY Cortland is looking to procure physician services for students in our Student Health Services office. We are looking for a medical facility to assign a Physician to be on our campus (8) hour per week. In-person services will follow the SUNY Cortland academic calendar. Access to phone consultation would be required during the time periods that fall outside of the fall and spring semesters. Except in cases of emergency, Physician’s time shall be scheduled in accordance with the schedules mutually agreed upon among medical facility, SUNY Cortland and Physician. Additionally, Physician will be available to respond to SUNY Cortland Student Health Services staff for approximately two (2) additional hours per week Monday thought Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Assigned Physician must meet the following:

• Must maintain board certification in family medicine
• Ability to provide high quality services on campus in Cortland, NY
• Must appropriately document all assessments, procedures, medications, observations, finding and conclusions in patients’ medical records
