The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify and select the most qualified (Best Value) company for the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University (NYSCC) to contract with for the procurement and installation of all audio/video equipment necessary for two fully interactive classroom areas and one conference room in the new CREATE Center in the McMahon Engineering Building. The equipment also must communicate seamlessly with two other conference capable classrooms on the campus.

ATTENTION: The Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for 10/17/2022 - 2:00 PM at the McMahon Engineering Building, 273 State Street, Alfred, NY 14802. Bidders must register for the event by sending an email to the primary contact no later than 10/14/2022 - 04:00 PM. Bidders are required to attend in person. Each interested bidder is required to limit the number of representatives attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit to no more than three (3).

If applicable, Bidders are responsible to measure and verify all dimensions at the time of the site visit and advise NYSCC of any discrepancies to specifications provided by NYSCC prior to bid submittal.
