The Hugh. L. Carey Battery Park City Authority is seeking proposals for a Qualified Independent Representative and Interest Rate Advisor pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). The Battery Park City Authority seeks a qualified vendor to provide Interest Rate and Derivatives Advisory Services and Interest Rate and Derivative Trade Execution Services.

This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A and 17-B of the New York State Executive Law. Proposer must be an Empire State Development Corporation certified Minority/Owned Business Enterprise ("M/WBE") or a New York State Office of General Services certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business ("SDVOB").

Vendors interested in receiving a copy of the bid package should email their request to the designated contact, Emily Birdseye, Deputy Chief Contracting Officer, at emily.birdseye@bpca.ny.gov . All requests should include your company’s name, address, name and email address of your company’s contact person and indicate if your company is an M/WBE or SDVOB. Quotes should be submitted to the designated contact by Monday, December 18, 2023, 4:00PM EST.

Utilization goals shall be determined based on the certification of the successful bidder.
