Description: Description of Goods or Services to be Bid: The contractor must have the capability of towing heavy-duty commercial vehicles as well as five (5) years of verifiable related experience. Vehicles will include, but not limited to cars, SUV's, vans, hybrids, articulated 40, 45, and 65 ft and "express" over the road buses.
