Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform refinishing of tubs in the Minnewaska & Nyack Buildings. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Minnewaska- Refinish 8 tubs with surrounds. Nyack- refinish 8 tubs with surrounds, 8 shower pans *3'x3"0 with surrounds, Refinish 24-bathroom 3'6" LNF ( J, M K Rooms) Vanity Countertops with sink bowl. Total: 16 Tubs with surrounds, 8 shower pans with surrounds and 24 bathroom sink tops

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday January 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions
