The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number M09576 titled Wilsbach Hall Air Balance until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 11, 2023 at Office of Facilities Planning, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by August 1, 2023.

In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00 for printed copies or $20.00 for electronic copies, made payable to Erdman Anthony & Associates, is required.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
