Furnish material and labor to replace the existing climate control in the room with the historic mural. The scope of work to include the following but not limited to items:
•Disconnect, removal and disposal of the existing air handler, refrigerant and lines connecting them
•Installation of the new HVAC split system with the new condenser coil (in-kind); AHU to be the same type asexisting. With 6 row high capacity evaporation coil, to be set up for 1” TSP and to include stainless steel drain pan
•New condensing unit to have at least the same BTU capacity as an existing, to use 410a refrigerant and to be208-230 single phase
•Include new electrical work to connect new units from the existing power source
•Include Pressure test, evacuate and charge with 410a refrigerant
•Include 2-year labor warranty
•Include start up and check unit operation
•Include training of Park maintenance staff on system operations
