The Long Island State Veterans Home is soliciting proposals for the replacement of two (2) Aerco Innovation 1060 DHW heaters. Price must include the draining, disconnecting, removal and disposal of the two (2) existing Aerco units, delivery and installation of the two (2) new Aerco units, which includes but not limited to, gas pipe, water pipe, condensate pipe, flue pipe and electric reconnection, factory start up and commissioning and system pipe, storage tank and mixing valve check. Each unit must come with a ten (10) year warranty. Given the limited available space, the old units will need to be disassembled in order to remove them. Also, the new units will also need to be disassembled, and then reassembled in place. This work needs to be completed and approved by the manufacturer to assure that the 10-year warranty will be honored.

Contractor must have a proven track record with Aerco units, familiar with nursing home operations and must be Aerco certified.

All work on this project is subject to New York State Prevailing Wages and Certified Payroll submission as per the New York State Department of Labor.
