Description: In accordance with the New York State Thruway Authority’s commitment to increase opportunities for certified Minority-owned, Women-owned, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned businesses and pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under Public Authorities Law §2879, the Thruway intends to solicit bids for: trailer mounted solar-powered flashing arrow boards for use along the NYS Thruway.
