Origin & Destination Study (Event # 247)

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority ("RGRTA") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to complete a comprehensive rider Origin & Destination Study to properly assess the travel behavior of transit riders and the effectiveness of links created by the recent redesign of fixed routes and creation of on-demand zones.

Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include Federal, New York State and RGRTA funds.

A 3% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been applied to this Event.

A virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:30 p.m. on May 15, 2023, via MS Teams ( click here for the link to join ). Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
