Description: Roswell Park is seeking for a local restaurant or catering business who can provide meals to 3500+ employees across multiple shifts on multiple days in early September 2024. The supplier will need to provide meals on-campus (Elm & Carlton Streets, Buffalo, New York) for three (3) different shifts with majority of the served and boxed meals being provided during the day shift for approximately 3,000 individuals. The supplier will also provide meals to those working second and third shift which is a total of approximately 325 staff members.
