This Project is Federally aided and is subject to the provision of Title 23, U.S. code, as amended, and applicable New York State Statutes. In compliance with these provisions, the minimum wages to be paid laborers and mechanics are included in wage schedules that are set in the bid documents.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and the City of New York hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age or place of residence. Prospective bidder's attention is directed to the TIGER/FHWA Funding requirements which are located in Volume 3, pages TF-1 thru TF-J2 of the contract. By signing this contract, you are bound to all the terms and conditions as stated on these pages.

DBE Goals: 10%

Goals can be found in Volume 3, page SA-2 of the Schedule A.

The DBE Schedule of Utilization form is located in the RFx Questionnaire in PASSPort. This form is to be uploaded in PASSPort at time of bid submission. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM IS MANDATORY OF ALL BIDDERS.
