The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority) intends to establish a sole source purchase with Honeywell International, located in Lake Success, NY, to provide the following:

TITLE: Hardware Maintenance and Repair, Upgrade of Software And Support, Consulting, Operator Training, And Emergency Call-In Services For The Building Automation System (BAS) Located At John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) Building 156 (Air Traffic Control Tower) – Three (3) Year Contract

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Port Authority is seeking to enter into a sole source agreement with Honeywell International for support of the Building Automated System (BAS) at JFK’s Building 156. All materials to be purchased must be compatible with existing parts and systems.

Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete. The statement and any other questions regarding this sole source should be directed to the Buyer, Samson Rich at sarich@panynj.gov by February 1, 2023, by 11:00 AM. The Port Authority does not guarantee that firms responding to this notice will be rendered a request to tender an offer for this procurement. In addition, the Port Authority does not guarantee that any solicitation will occur for this procurement, but reserves the right to solicit proposals.
