Description:

Order & Delivery Requirements

  • Filters are to be packaged in boxes and delivered on pallets.
  • Pallets may not exceed 94” in height and must be dock delivered.
  • Filters will be ordered at various times based on need and delivered to Orangeburg NY (10962) and Queens Village NY (11427) at the addresses listed previously.
  • Vendors are required to ‘call ahead’ to an OMH single point of contact to make arrangements for each delivery.
  • Equivalent filters will be accepted but must be the exact size and filtration as indicated on the provided list, and must be pre-approved by OMH prior to shipment.

*Please note that due to HVAC upgrades, and other health and safety initiatives, limited quantities and types may be subject to change.
