The State University of New York at Buffalo (“University”) is seeking a qualified professional studio headshot photographers to work with University Communications (“UC”) for the provision of onsite services to university faculty, staff and students when requested by a university department (“Clients”). UC anticipates that approximately thirty-five (35) to fifty (50) studio portrait sessions will be requested annually, but there is no guarantee of work. Service volume is expected to vary from week to week.
