The scope of work includes replacement of existing lead, lead-lined and galvanized water services with new polyethylene or copper water services lines, inclusive of the water main tap, service saddle , service tubing, curb stop and box and connection to the customer's inside service line. If both the inside and the outside service lines are found to be composed of lead, lead-lined, or galvanized materials the entire service line shall be replaced from the water main to the meter.

The project includes a base Bid of approx. 795 services, Add Alternate #1 of approx. 72 services, and Add Alternate #2 of approx. 55 services.
