The Long Island State Veterans Home is requesting proposals for snow removal services. Award will be based on total lowest complete pricing. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience along with Healthcare or Hospitals/Nursing Homes experience. Anyone interested in providing a proposal for the above service, please contact Mr. Michael Giambalvo, Purchasing Director as listed below within 15 business days of this advertisement notice.
A mandatory walk-thru is scheduled for Tuesday, September 17, 2019, meeting at the Home’s Board Room at 11am. Failure to attend the conference will result in the proposal not being accepted.
In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August, 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of the Home who are designated as the contact person(s) in the bid specifications.
