Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (“Roswell Park”) is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to gather information on contract management systems currently available in the market. The goal of this RFI is to explore options, obtain information regarding features, functionality and compatibility of various contract management systems, and obtain a realistic estimate of system cost. The information obtained in response to this RFI may be used to prepare requirements and specifications for a formal request for proposal (“RFP”), subject to budgetary and other approvals. Vendors responding to this RFI must be qualified to provide, install, implement, support, and maintain a proven, state of the art, healthcare focused contract management system (“System”). At the sole discretion of Roswell Park, vendors responding to this RFI may be asked to demonstrate their System capabilities via a face-to-face or web-based presentation.
