The work of this single bid project includes a gut rehab of the entire 7th Floor for Clinical Operations. The scope of work for the project includes reconfiguration of space to serve the needs of the program, new ceilings with new lighting, new flooring, new finishes, new bathrooms, new millwork throughout and modifications of the HVAC, Electrical and Fire Alarm systems to support the new work.

A project walk-through has been scheduled for March 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. meeting will convene with bidders assembled at Security Desk at the College of Optometry main lobby ground floor at the West 43rd Street Entrance.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
