Roswell Park is seeking proposals, in accordance with the criteria set forth in this Request For Service (each a “Proposal”), from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”). Respondents are advised to carefully review and consider the RFS requirements before submitting their proposal responses; all as further set forth in this RFS.

The intent of this RFS is to contract with a secondary pharmaceutical distributor who are able to provide, but not limited to oral medications, oral suspensions, and other pharmaceutical medications to be determined on an "as needed" basis.

Roswell Park is requesting respondents provide pricing on 16 specific medications provided in Minimum Requirements Questionnaire. In addition, Roswell Park is requesting respondent provide full price file of additional medications that respondent can supply to Roswell Park in Excel format.

At minimum, Secondary Distributor must meet the following requirements:

1. DSCSA compliant and have commitment to providing all T3 data requirements (Transaction History, Information, and Statement).
2. Ability to maintain at least 6 months of inventory on-hand for purchase to mitigate any unforeseen drug shortages
3. Ability to guarantee overnight shipping for order delivery
4. Ability to provide the lowest drug acquisition cost

This is a discretionary specialized good and services procurement, with a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000.
