St. Luke’s Episcopal Church seeks proposals for services to restore and structurally stabilize the masonry bell tower of the St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Jamestown, NY. This is Phase 1 of a multi-phase exterior restoration project of the entire church complex. Funding for this project comes in part through an Environmental Protection Fund grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. St. Luke’s Episcopal Church has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity organization. The successful bidder may be required to furnish and EEO policy statement, staffing plan, and reports showing the participation of various business enterprises of subcontractors and suppliers on the contract.

Complete sets of the drawings and Project Manual (specifications) with bid forms, are available for download in the NYS Contract Reporter advertisement. The original drawings are prepared as 24” x 36” and can also be printed out at 11 x 17. The Owner and Architect are not responsible for printing and distributing the Contract Documents.

A pre-bid meeting/walkthrough is scheduled on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 9:30 AM Eastern Time at the Church, 410 North Main Street, Jamestown, NY 14701. Attendance is mandatory and a pre-requisite to submitting a bid.

Bids will be received by 4:00 P.M. EST, Friday, December 2, 2022. Bids not received before the deadline shall be rejected.
