The project consists of interior fit out and various exterior improvements at the toilet rooms at the ice arena, including but not limited ti improvements of the following: new walls, new doors, new ceiling assemblies, new lighting, new toilet room fixture, new accesories, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new ADA compliant toilet rooms, and other modificatiobs shall be depicted and/or described in the contract documents.
