The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventative Maintenance for HVAC, Boilers, Chillers & Refrigeration Systems and Ancillary Equipment for the Central New York Psychiatric Center, located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB).

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 28, 2023 @ 10:00 AM Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in Section 2 of the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office/Permissible Contacts of the IFB by Thursday, October 5, 2023, by 3:00 PM

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

Bids and No Bid Responses are due on Thursday, October 26, 2023, by 3:00 PM.

The Anticipated Contract term is May 1,2024 - April 30, 2029.
