SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”) intends to procure a universal clinical decision support software system/application that allows (1) clinician users to immediately and easily access the latest clinical algorithms in the context of their workflow, (2) the appropriate administrative clinical stakeholders to create and customize algorithms in the system (3) the administration and leadership to access analytics on the use of these algorithms. The ideal program will significantly improve the standardization of care, and our ability to track this.

The qualified Vendor must be normally engaged in the business of providing the aforementioned software application for institutions of a similar size and scope of SUNY-DHSU.

Vendors that meet the qualifications listed in this advertisement and in the supporting documents attached hereto should submit a response in accordance with the instructions found on the Procurement Description document (attached to the advertisement) prior to the due date and time listed.

Any updates to the solicitation and answers to questions will be posted and released through the New York State Contract Reporter. It is the responsibility of all vendors to:

• Register with the New York State Contract Reporter and sign up to receive notifications about this solicitation; or
• Periodically check the New York State Contract Reporter for any updates or answers to questions pertaining to this solicitation.

Be advised that submission of responses to the solicitation that do not reflect and take into account updated information may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive to the solicitation.
