The New York Power Authority (“Authority”) on behalf of the State University of New York System Administration (“SUNY System Administration”) is requesting proposals from Proposers to design, develop, construct, install, finance, own, operate, maintain, and decommission solar PV systems for the SUNY System Administration pursuant to the terms and conditions in the form of a 20- year or 25 – year Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) attached as Appendix C, which will be negotiated between the SUNY System Administration and the Selected Proposer(s). Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Authority is seeking to obtain competitively priced proposals. For the Cost Sheet found in Appendix B, solar scenarios are to be completed.
