The New York State Department of Public Service is seeking proposals from responsive and qualified vendors to prepare and implement a Community Air Monitoring Plan (CAMP) for real-time volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulates less than 10 micrometers in size (PM-10), and radioactive materials at the Holtec/Indian Point property perimeter. This CAMP shall be prepared in accordance with New York State Department of Environmental Conservation’s Technical Guidance for site Investigation and Remediation (DER-10) Appendices 1A and 1B, attached. Specifically, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Generic CAMP guidance found in Appendix 1A and for Fugitive Dust and Particulate Monitoring found in Appendix 1B.
