Sealed bid Proposals for the above referenced project at the Cortland County Airport – Chase Field will be accepted at the Cortland County Highway Department, 4267 Traction Drive, Cortland New York 13045, until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at which time, in the Highway Department Board Conference Room, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The time of receiving and opening bids may be postponed due to emergencies and unforeseen conditions.

PROJECT LOCATION: Cortland County Airport – Chase Field, 922 NYS Route 222, Cortland New York 13045.

TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Per the project title above, the project includes construction of a new 100LL Fueling system with 10,000 gallon storage tank adjacent to the recently constructed Jet-A system as well as removal and disposal of the existing 100LL fueling system, including storage tanks and fuel dispensing island. The project also includes mobilization, all maintenance and protection of traffic and traffic control, construction safety and phasing plan compliance including vehicular, aircraft and pedestrian public access and other ancillary work.
