A “mandatory” pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the offices of Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC (860 Hooper Road, Endwell, NY). The pre-bid meeting will consist of a project/contract discussion (at Delta Office) followed by onsite inspections of the project sites.

No proposals will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid guarantee, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total work to be done.
