Scope of work:

1. Contractor shall use Nevco installation manuals for all work
2. Remove existing scoreboard from wall and return to park.
3. Assemble and wall mount (1) Nevco scoreboard (Model 2710 (Indoor) Basketball Scoreboard) and ADI sign.
4. Mount (2) Nevco shot clocks (Model SSC-7 (Indoor) Basketball Shot Clock) to main courts backboards.
5. Install (2) Nevco EOP Light onto main court backboards.
6. Install console controller, indoor receiver, handheld controller.
7. Establish electric connections.
8. Establish wireless scoreboard system by connecting console controller, indoor receiver, handheld controller, shot clocks, EOP lighting and scoreboards.
9. Provide commission and startup with facility.
10. General contractor to confirm conduit runs to existing scoreboard.
11. General contractor to verify existing power supply for scoreboard.
12. Gym floor to remain open during work unless coordinated with Park.
For this procurement, OPRHP requests that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documented as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors.
