Description: The Long Island State Veterans Home is requesting proposals for liquid Oxygen delivery and annual inspection for our tank for a five (5) year contract. The Home will require delivery of Oxygen as needed and annual inspection (and repair if necessary) of tank. Submitted pricing should include all any packaging and shipping charges, if applicable. All questions must be submitted via e-mail, no later than 4:00 P.M. May 18, 2023 to Maimoona.Syedda-Hensley@lisvh.org . All questions must be relevant to the Bidder's response to this IFB.
