IFB Building Demolition: Seneca Nation DOT
Description:
The SNDOT is soliciting lump sum bids for the safe, secure, and legal demolition of
a two-story house with separated one-story garage, located at 582 Broad Street, in
the City of Salamanca. The structures are presumed to contain asbestos and lead
so they must be demolished accordingly. The existing garage structure has a
collapsed roof as indicated in the attached, Limited Home Inspection Report. The
structures and lot are owned by Seneca Nation and considered sovereign territory.
The lot is located within a school zone and therefore must meet all criteria for
abatement and demolition within a school zone.
