DHI Construction Services, Inc. is soliciting proposals from qualified and certified NYC MBE/WBE subcontractors and/or suppliers for a construction project at Loyola School located at 61 & 65 East 83 ^rd Street in New York, NY. The Project will include the enlargement, renovation, furnishing, and equipping of Loyola School's two existing, leased and adjacent seven-story buildings, the addition of new classroom and administrative space, a STEM lab, a library, a music and dance studio, as well as building improvements for ADA compliance purposes, and the renovation of outdoor space to provide outdoor seating areas for faculty and students.

Project Schedule:
Start date: March 2023
Completion date: September 2024.

Mandatory Site Visit
The project has some specific access requirements that will Affect your deliveries to the jobsite. There is a MANDATORY site visit on Tuesday, November 22 ^nd @ 9:30am
