In accordance with the New York State Thruway Authority’s commitment to increase opportunities for certified Minority-owned, Women-owned, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-owned businesses and pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under Public Authorities Law §2879, the Thruway is seeking professional consultant services to provide grant writing and support services including, but not limited to: identifying opportunities from a range of funding sources, developing grant proposals, submitting and tracking applications, administering awarded grants, and generally supporting the Authority’s pursuit of grant opportunities.
