Description: The Olympic Authority invites proposals for comprehensive Marketing Services. This RFP is issued by the Olympic Authority's Sales & Marketing Department and targets qualified marketing firms or agencies with expertise in marketing, digital media, and advertising. The Olympic Authority is limiting this solicitation to certified WBEs as Contractors to the awarded Agreement. The selected Contractor will work closely with the Olympic Authority, functioning as an extension of its team. Their responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital paid media campaigns, and driving sales and revenue across all Olympic Authority Venues. The Contractor must be capable of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, aligning with the Olympic Authority's mission and values. Terms of the agreement will be mutually determined and finalized before the contract signing. The scope of work also encompasses a thorough evaluation of the Olympic Authority's current marketing processes at its Venues. This includes analyzing the performance of digital media campaigns, assessing analytic software processes, and setting ongoing sales and conversion goals. The Olympic Authority expects the agency to proficiently handle large-scale digital media campaigns, including analytics and creative asset management, to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
