The scope of work also encompasses a thorough evaluation of the Olympic Authority's current marketing processes at its Venues. This includes analyzing the performance of digital media campaigns, assessing analytic software processes, and setting ongoing sales and conversion goals. The Olympic Authority expects the agency to proficiently handle large-scale digital media campaigns, including analytics and creative asset management, to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
