Description: The New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development (ESD), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking to retain a professional design firm in the field of Landscape Architecture to lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide professional design services for the creation and development of the proposed High Falls State Park in Rochester, New York.
