Description:

The City of Ithaca (The City) invites proposals for the development of a Dynamic Signal
Priority System, as described in this RFP. Electronic submissions shall be comprised of two
files including a Price Proposal (identified in Section 3) and a written narrative response to
the RFP in PDF format (no larger than 20 MB).
