This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets (“AGM” or “the Department”) to invite qualified bidders (“Respondents”) to submit proposals for the purchase of portable horse stalls. The recipient of the contract award from this IFB (“Contractor”) shall deliver the portable horse stalls to the New York State Fairgrounds (“Fairgrounds”) by the dates specified in Attachment 1 – Bid Form (April 10, 2024 and July 10, 2024).

All necessary quote documents have been attached to this posting.

Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor through other than the “Designated Contact Person(s)” identified below may constitute an “impermissible contact” under state law with respect to Procurement Lobbying, and could result in disqualification of that vendor.
